With a successful entry, the 4th National Metal-mechanic Summit Saltillo 2022 began. With the support granted by Governor Miguel Riquelme for the realization of this event, and the participation of 500 supplier companies from 20 states of the Republic, along with nine countries and more than 70 large buyers.
During two days, the UAdeC campus Arteaga held 11 conferences, 16 technical workshops, and a large exhibition with the participation of 120 stands and more than 1,500 business meetings, seeking to generate an economic benefit of more than 90 millions of pesos.
To date, the hotel industry in the region registers an occupation of more than 400 rooms. Andrés Velasco, president of the OCV Saltillo, highlighted the magnitude and relevance of this type of events in our city, especially due to the reactivation and economic spillover that is generated within the tourism value chain.
